Caitlin joined INCITE in 2011 after earning her MPA in Social Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).  While at SIPA, she was the Co-Chair of the Migration Working Group, interned at the PeaceWomen Project at the United Nations, and completed a capstone project with the Fund for the City of New York. Before attending Columbia, Caitlin worked for two years as a paralegal at an immigration law firm in Boston, and she spent a year teaching English in France through the Fulbright Program. She received her M.Phil. in Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin and graduated summa cum laude from Wheaton College in Norton, MA, with a degree in International Relations and French.
