Audrey is a graduate of Reed College in Portland, Oregon, where she majored in International Comparative Policy Studies and History.  Her interdisciplinary thesis, for which she conducted research at the International Maritime Organization in London, studied maritime piracy in Indonesian waters during the post-World War II era.  It focused on the relationship between transnational crime and the assertion of national sovereignty by ex-colonial Southeast Asian states.  Prior to joining INCITE, Audrey worked for World Policy Institute, a New York City-based think tank that encourages the inclusion of young, female, and non-white thinkers in the policy debate.
